For the cable we need the green cable is to power on it, red to 5volt output for the positive line charger battery, black for ground or negative lane charger, Cut / discard the cable that we do not need. Connect the green cable with the black wire using the on off switch.
2. Make the battery holder with material of steel plate, cut the plate with the size of 6cm for 2 pieces. Then cut the pieces into two parts. After that form the slit pieces by using pliers. For the positive pole the battery is flat, while the negative battery pole is made rather prominent.
Cut a plain PCB with size 6.5cmX4cm, make 2 pieces, remove the layer of copper.
3. Connect the red wire to the positive and black poles to the negative pole by means of solder. Compose everything so as shown below
If we have tried to connect the ac cable PSU to PLN electricity, note the fan on the PSU whether spinning (sign of PSU lit) or not. Measure the voltage at the output (battery holder) whether it is correct out voltage 5volt.
If it is correct try to use to battery battery. Warning !!! charger that we make is very fast, approximately 30 seconds the battery will feel hot this is a sign of the battery has been filled. Immediately remove his battery or to be more secure when the battery is already warm immediately remove from place.
